Canada, NB: Matchstick Beer Factory announces release of its first beers
A new home-based brewery in Hampton, a town in New Brunswicks Kings Country, has announced the release of its first beers, the Canadian Beer News reported on November 26.
Matchstick Beer Factory has been founded by Luke MacGregor and Heather Avery, a husband-and-wife team, and is named after the Flewelling Match Factory that used to be located in the community.
Matchstick has launched with two beers Matchstick Pale Ale (4.5% abv) and Fired Up Red Ale (8% abv) that are available on tap at several bars and restaurants including Match Factory Restaurant in Hampton, Bootstrap BrewPub in Quispamsis, and Sussex Ale Works in Sussex.
